To many people this picture is just another shitty screen-cap from an unknown film, but to me it is so much more. This manboy, Mooky Arizona, ruled my life and my heart in the mid-1990s when he appeared in Camp Nowhere and House Arrest. I had forgotten about his existence until a recent viewing of the latter. As I do with most actors, I immediately wikipedied and IMDBed him when I was reminded of his beauty (that hair... oh my godddd) and charm. Much to my dismay, Mooky Arizona seems to have fallen off the face of the Earth after 1996. He only appeared in those two films and was never heard from again.
I couldn't settle for this. So instead I googled non-stop until the wee hours of the morning and still... nothing. I have been left with very little information that may or may not be very helpful:
1. His birthday is sometime in October... maybe.
2. He may or may not be from Iowa.
3. He may have appeared in three educational films at some point in his career.
4. He went to some high school in LA where he got straight A's (supposedly).
*Most (all) of these facts were taken from someone's angelfire fanpage
What can I possibly do with this information? Well, probably nothing. Heck, I don't even know if Mooky Arizona is his real name (my money is on hell no). But to pass the time I have joined a Facebook group for people who feel the same pain as I do and constantly worry and wonder of his whereabouts. So Mooky, if you're out there, holla at your girl. Until then, I will be preparing my screenplay for a House Arrest sequel tentatively titled "House Arrest: The Next Generation."
